Whatis the minimum order quantity for bulk pricing?
There is no fixed minimum, however volume discounts begin to apply from 5 units upward depending on the product line. For enterprise deployments of 20 units or more, we offer structured pricing tiers, staged delivery schedules, and dedicated account management. Contact our corporate team to discuss your specific requirements.
Can you supply to government agencies, banks, schools, and institutions?
Yes. Maxitech Global has an established track record of supplying to banks, federal and state government agencies, universities, secondary schools, and healthcare institutions across Nigeria. We are experienced with procurement processes, LPO-based purchasing, and can provide the necessary documentation including tax invoices, delivery notes, and product certificates.
2. Warranty and After-Sales Support
What warranty do your products carry?
All products sold by Maxitech Global are brand new and carry a minimum of one year manufacturer warranty. Selected business and enterprise products such as certain HP EliteBook and Lenovo ThinkPad models carry a 3-year channel warranty. The warranty period and terms for each product are clearly stated on the product page. We are an authorized HP, Dell, and Lenovo channel partner and all warranty claims are processed through the official manufacturer service network.
How do I make a warranty claim?

Please have your invoice or order reference number ready when you contact us. Our after-sales team will assess the fault, guide you through the claim process, and liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf where required. Response time for warranty enquiries is within 24 hours on business days.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Standard manufacturer warranties do not cover physical damage caused by drops, water or liquid damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. Software issues, viruses, and data loss are also typically excluded. If your issue is not covered under the manufacturer warranty, our after-sales team can advise on repair options and service costs.
Doyou offer extended warranty or post-warranty support?
Yes, we can facilitate extended warranty options on selected product lines. Please speak to our corporate or after-sales team for details specific to the product you are purchasing.
3. Delivery Across Nigeria
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. Maxitech Global delivers to all states across Nigeria. We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time regardless of your location. Corporate and institutional buyers with large orders can request scheduled and staged delivery to their specified locations.
Whatare your delivery timeframes?
Delivery timeframes depend on your location:
• Lagos (Island, Mainland, and all LGAs): Same-day or next-day delivery for in-stock items ordered before 2pm on business days.
• South West (Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ekiti, Ondo): 1 to 2 business days.
• South South and South East (Port Harcourt, Enugu, Warri, Calabar, Benin, and surrounding cities): 2 to 3 business days.
• North West, North East, and North Central (Abuja, Kano, Kaduna, Jos, Maiduguri, and surrounding states): 3 to 5 business days.
These are estimated timeframes for in-stock items. Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays or periods of high demand. Our team will confirm your expected delivery date at the time of order.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are calculated based on your location, the size of your order, and the delivery method selected. Our sales team will include delivery costs in your quote. For large corporate or institutional orders, delivery is often included as part of the overall pricing arrangement. Contact us for a delivery cost estimate specific to your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, our team will provide you with a tracking reference and the courier contact details so you can monitor your delivery. For corporate accounts, a dedicated point of contact is assigned to provide delivery updates throughout the process.
4. Payment Terms and Methods
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
• Bank Transfer: Direct transfer to our designated Maxitech Global business account. Account details are provided on your invoice.
• Online Payment: Secure card payment via Paystack on our website (Visa, Mastercard, Verve cards accepted).
• Pay on Delivery: Available for selected orders within Lagos at management discretion. Please confirm availability when placing your order.
• LPO (Local Purchase Order): Accepted from registered corporate and institutional clients with an existing account relationship.
Do you require full payment before delivery?
For retail and first-time corporate orders, full payment is required before dispatch. For established corporate clients and institutional buyers, we offer flexible payment structures including 70% advance payment with the balance on delivery. Payment terms for large or recurring orders are agreed on a case-by-case basis. Please discuss your preferred arrangement with our corporate team.
Are your prices fixed or negotiable?
Our listed prices reflect current wholesale market rates and are updated regularly in line with exchange rate movements and distributor pricing. Volume discounts and negotiated corporate rates are available for qualifying orders. Contact our sales team directly for a customized quote.
Do you issue VAT invoices and receipts?
Yes. Maxitech Global issues official VAT-compliant invoices for all transactions. Our receipts and delivery notes meet the documentation requirements of Nigerian regulatory and procurement standards, including those required by government agencies, banks, and listed companies.
5. How to Place a Corporate Order
What is the process for placing a corporate order?
Placing a corporate order with Maxitech Global is straightforward. Here is how it works:
• Step 1: Contact our corporate desk via phone, WhatsApp, or email with your product requirements, quantities, and delivery location.
• Step 2: Our team prepares a detailed quote within 24 hours, including product specifications, pricing, delivery costs, and payment terms.
• Step 3: You review and confirm the quote. For LPO-based procurement, submit your LPO at this stage.
• Step 4: Payment is made in line with the agreed terms (full advance or structured arrangement).
• Step 5: Your order is processed and dispatched. For large orders, we agree a delivery schedule and keep you updated throughout.
• Step 6: Products are delivered to your specified location with a full delivery note and invoice.
Canyou handle phased or staged delivery for large orders?
Yes. For large corporate or institutional deployments, we can structure delivery in phases based on your rollout schedule, location, or budget cycle. This is a common arrangement for school deployments, office rollouts, and government procurement. Speak to our corporate team to plan your delivery structure.
Do you provide after-deployment support for corporate orders?
Yes. For corporate clients, our after-sales team provides post-deployment support including warranty management, replacement coordination, and ongoing supply for additional units. Many of our institutional clients maintain a standing account relationship with us for ongoing procurement needs.
Can Maxitech Global supply products not currently listed on the website?
Yes. Our website lists our current stock, however as an authorized distributor of HP, Dell, Lenovo, and Microsoft products, we can source specific models, configurations, or enterprise product lines on request. If you have a requirement for a product not listed, contact our corporate desk with the specifications and we will advise on availability and lead time.
