Oluwaseun Akinwale, a seasoned Managing Director with a remarkable 10-year track record in the ICT distribution sector. With a passion for transforming organizations, establishing efficient structures, and delivering exceptional services, Oluwaseun has consistently exceeded critical customer requirements.

Ibidapo Lawal
Mr. Ibidapo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Lead City University, Ibadan and also a Master’s in Business Administration at Drexel University, Pennsylvania. Mr. Ibidapo has over 13 years’ experience in commodities export business. He had previously founded Activo Global Investment Limited, a start-up company with 10 employees providing consulting, training, contract facilitation and execution of commodities export. While at the company, Mr. Ibidapo successfully designed the company’s marketing strategy and improved the firm’s revenue from $50,000 to $3,000,000.00. He also negotiated a new contract for the firm’s export business with clients in Europe increasing the firm’s market share of the charcoal export business in Nigeria. In 2015, Mr. Ibidapo founded Neveah Limited and he currently sits as the Chief Executive Officer of the firm. Generally, he has been involved in product development, new market development and structuring the firm for optimal efficiency. He leads the team to negotiate all export contracts for solid minerals and Agro-commodities. Under his management, Neveah has been able to develop and grow the company’s export business from scratch to over 1000% in 6 years. Under his management, and with the help of the team, Neveah Limited has increased the number of commodities exported by sevenfold and has also expanded the firm’s sales geographically from initially the United States to Germany, China, Portugal, Hong Kong, etc.

Lere Baale is a Professor and Chief Executive of Business School Netherlands International, Nigeria and also Regional Partner of HOWES – CMOE Inc. USA in Africa & Middle East Area. Described as a result oriented Transformational Leader who inspires world class leaders to take action even in chaos to achieve results through resilience. A strong believer that opportunities are usually wrapped as challenging impossibilities. Served the pioneering Governing Management Board of a University Teaching Hospital 2008-2016. Has business transformation experience in leading world class global firms including – Pfizer Worldwide Biopharmaceuticals, Mike Adenuga Group, BSN & CMOE-USA. At Pfizer, he served as Executive Regional Director rebuilding Pfizer afresh from ground zero in 1997 to cover over 32 countries by 2004. He is now a Professor of Organization Transformation in Business School Netherlands, Director of World Institute of Action Learning Coaches in Nigeria. He is Board Member of Haggai Leadership International Alumni. a Chartered President of Toastmaster, President of Entrepreneurs Organization 2019-2020 & a member of Ikoyi Club 1938. Married to his childhood friend Ife & blessed with children.

Akinwale Adekunle Michael
Mr. Adekunle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ibadan as well as a Master’s Degree in Business administration from the prestigious Edinburgh Business School. He is a Strategic Investment Manager with over 15 years’ experience in foreign exchange Brokerage and advisory. He is currently the Managing director at Rally Trade, a leading Foreign Exchange Broker in Nigeria where he oversees all administrative functions in the Nigeria Operations of the company and ensures that the overall vision and objectives of the company are dutifully implemented.
